Plastic bottle – pharma bottle with sprayer represents a practical and reliable solution for packaging liquid cosmetic preparations and other products for which fine and even dosing in the form of a mist is important. Thanks to the material used and the high-quality spray mechanism, the packaging is suitable for everyday use in both home and professional cosmetics.
The packaging is designed to ensure comfortable, hygienic and controlled application of the contents without unnecessary waste. Given the nature of the surface and the shape of the bottle, it is easy to handle, which facilitates filling, labelling and use by the end customer.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dispensing component, with the sprayer adapted for practical and even dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify suitability for your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
We recommend familiarising yourself with this documentation before the final introduction of the packaging into production, in order to ensure optimal alignment between the properties of the packaging and the nature of the filled cosmetic formulation.
The packaging can be reused in standard cosmetic practice, provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray mechanism and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial deterioration of the new contents.
The bottle with sprayer is suitable for liquid and low-viscosity formulations where you want to achieve an even dispersion of a fine mist. It is ideally suited for facial and body sprays, toners, hydrolats, hair tonics and light emulsions that do not clog the nozzle. Thick creams or gels are not suitable for this type of sprayer.
Before refilling, we recommend first thoroughly rinsing the bottle and sprayer with a suitable cleaning agent and clean water to remove residues of the original product. It is then necessary to disinfect the packaging and the internal parts of the mechanism – using alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný is practical. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out and dry thoroughly at room temperature before refilling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. It is then advisable to separate the bottle and the spray mechanism (including the overcap), so that you can sort the individual parts into the appropriate waste stream according to the information given in the product parameter table. You will find the material recycling symbol in the packaging details – based on this, choose the container intended for the relevant type of plastic. By following these steps, you support responsible handling of packaging material.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can easily find bottles, pharma bottles, jars or pots that best match your formulation and the desired design of the final product.
When filling, it is advisable to use a funnel or dosing aid in order to minimise contamination of the neck and to ensure clean closure of the sprayer. We recommend not exposing the filled packaging to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, unless the nature of the specific formulation allows it. When first using a new product in the bottle, it is sensible to carry out a trial filling with a smaller quantity and to test the functionality of dosing as well as the stability of the product’s appearance and fragrance during storage.
