Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the precisely fitting closure, the packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents during storage as well as frequent use. This type of pill bottle is popular for dispensing smaller amounts of products where control, cleanliness and convenient handling are important.
The packaging is suitable for cosmetic solutions, serums, solutions with active ingredients, as well as various technical and auxiliary blends used in the production of homemade preparations. When selecting the packaging, we recommend considering the nature of your formulation (content of oils, alcohol or active ingredients) and performing a trial compatibility test before final filling to verify the stability of the product in contact with the plastic and closure used.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and cap and then disinfect them, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Disinfection helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the shelf life of your product. At the same time, we do not recommend exposing the packaging to high temperatures, boiling it or washing it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation.
For cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, avoiding high temperatures and aggressive solvents that could affect the properties of the plastic. After thorough rinsing, let the packaging dry naturally and always disinfect it with a suitable alcohol before refilling. The packaging is not intended for dishwasher cleaning or boiling, since at high temperatures there is a risk of deformation and reduced functionality of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to the material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before disposal, empty the bottle and cap and, if necessary, rinse them from any product residues. Then place each part in the correct container according to local recycling regulations. In this way, you support efficient processing of plastics and reduce the amount of waste.
