Yes, the dispensing system is designed to work without problems with most common creamy and gel formulas used in artisan and home cosmetics. For very thick, balm-like or waxy formulations, we recommend making a trial filling and a dosing test to verify the smooth operation of the pump and the even extrusion of the product.

How can I safely reuse the packaging for a subsequent filling?

The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to wash the bottle and the dispensing part thoroughly, mechanically clean them from residues of the original product and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant. For disinfection we recommend using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, which are intended for cleaning packaging and work surfaces. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly so that no residual moisture gets into the new batch of product.

How should I store this bottle correctly so that the dispenser remains functional for as long as possible?

We recommend storing and using the bottle at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperatures, which could negatively affect the properties of the plastic as well as of the product itself.
