Plastic vial, transparent is a practical packaging for safe and hygienic packaging of especially liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as for products intended for internal use. The transparent design allows immediate visual inspection of the contents (colour, cloudiness, separation), which is useful for samples, small batches and everyday use. The packaging is of food-grade quality and thanks to the PET material it is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for practical dispensing according to the chosen closure.
The vials are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - we recommend using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures as this may cause deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling.
We recommend doing a sample test: fill the packaging with the final formulation, close with the chosen closure and observe the tightness, dosage and behaviour of the packaging over time (e.g. during storage, carrying and after re-opening). For ingredients that may interfere with seal or closure materials, compatibility testing is particularly important.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As it is made of PET, once it is emptied (and rinsed if necessary), please take it to the plastics collection. If a cap or dispenser made of another material is used on the packaging, it is advisable to separate the parts and follow local waste sorting rules.
A transparent vial is particularly advantageous when you want to be in control of the contents - you can easily check the level, colour or possible separation. For light-sensitive formulations, it is advisable to choose darker packaging or to modify storage conditions (e.g. out of direct sunlight).
