Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with spray nozzle 1000 ml is a universal packaging intended for convenient and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the practical spray nozzle, it is ideal for products where even application over a larger area or in harder-to-reach places is important. The stable plastic material provides reliable protection of the contents during normal storage and frequent use.
The packaging is suitable for filling various cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary preparations, where precise dosing without direct contact with the contents is desired. The spray nozzle enables comfortable use in the household, in professional operations and in artisanal production of smaller product series.
This bottle with spray nozzle is offered on Handymade as a complete combination of packaging and dispensing component, which is matched in terms of neck finish and functionality. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for preparations with higher alcohol content, more aggressive components or high viscosity.

The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the composition of the filled product is appropriate. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray nozzle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use.
First, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent and then rinsing thoroughly with clean water. Then rinse the inner walls of the bottle and the suction tube of the spray nozzle with a small amount of alcohol (for example IPA 99 or ethanol 96) and allow to air-dry. Do not use high temperatures or boiling during cleaning in order to avoid damaging the plastic and the seals in the spray nozzle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the plastic type listed in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over for separate collection, use up the contents as much as possible, remove any residues and rinse the bottle. Then dispose of the packaging in the appropriate container according to the material designation (for example the relevant plastic fraction). If the spray nozzle is made of several material types, follow the recommendations of the local waste collection system or place these parts in mixed waste if they cannot be easily separated for recycling.
The bottle with spray nozzle is ideal for liquid products with low to medium viscosity, such as body and facial sprays, hair lotions, air fresheners, cleaning solutions for surfaces or textiles and various auxiliary solutions for the household or workshop. For formulations with higher oil content, solid particles or high viscosity, we recommend performing your own test before series filling to verify the passability of the product path and the quality of the spray pattern.
