The plastic bottle with a white-gold matte dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for a wide range of liquid cosmetic products. Thanks to reliable dispensing, it is suitable for formulations where consumption control, clean application and protection of the contents from excessive contact with air are important.
This cosmetic packaging enables comfortable and hygienic use of emulsions, serums or other preparations with a more fluid to medium-viscosity consistency. The integrated dispenser helps maintain formula stability by minimizing the risk of contamination during repeated use and supports a professional presentation of the finished product.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will also function reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling, but we recommend always using it only for products of a similar nature. With every refilling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and to disinfect them. For disinfection of surfaces and internal parts, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, available in the Handymade range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. By following hygiene principles, you support the safety and stability of your cosmetic preparations.
Before re-use, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle – thoroughly rinsing out residues of the original product and, depending on the nature of the formulation, using a suitable cleaning agent. Then allow the packaging to dry thoroughly. Finally, carry out disinfection of the inner walls and the dispensing mechanism using alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the alcohol to evaporate and only then refill the container so that the consistency or fragrance of the finished product is not disrupted.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type and size, overall packaging size, colour and material used. This allows you to quickly find bottles, jars, pumps or sprayers that meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of your product.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable for final packaging of small batches of natural, artisan and professional cosmetics where dosing and aesthetic presentation are important. In practice, it proves effective for facial and body emulsions, light oil blends, fluids or serums where you want to avoid contact of the contents with fingers. You can also use it for test batches and marketing samples for customers – it enables comfortable and hygienic use, which increases the perceived value of your product.
We recommend storing filled packaging at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations, which can affect the consistency or stability of the cosmetic product. Bottles should be kept tightly closed to minimize contact of the contents with air and humidity. During production and filling, it is also important to work in a clean environment and to use disinfected tools to prevent undesirable impurities or microorganisms from entering the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible of product residues and, if possible, rinsing it. Then proceed according to the recommended recycling rules, which are based on the material type listed in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Depending on the type of plastic or combination of materials, choose the appropriate sorting container or collection point. By sorting the packaging correctly, you support its further recovery and reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfills.
