Plastic bottle with white cap represents a practical and reliable packaging material for liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to its well-designed shape and high-quality plastic material, the bottle is suitable for precise dosing, comfortable handling and safe storage of the contents in both home and professional production.
The packaging is designed to protect the fill from external influences while at the same time allowing easy marking, labelling and inclusion in product lines. In combination with a suitable cap or dispenser, you obtain a versatile bottle for cosmetic preparations, tinctures, laboratory solutions or other liquid formulations.
The bottle alone is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems depending on the selected product parameters. It can be combined with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the dosing method to the specific type of fill and method of use.
The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for active, viscous or compositionally demanding recipes).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused in normal use, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of the stored product.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with water or a mild soapy solution and thoroughly removing any residues of the original product. Then rinse the packaging with a suitable disinfecting alcohol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, which help to reduce the microbial load. After disinfection, let the bottle dry completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and only then refill it.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the instructions resulting from the material specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, rinse the bottle as thoroughly as possible to remove any remaining contents and remove any label, if this is possible without damaging the packaging. Then discard it in the container intended for the respective type of plastic according to local recycling rules. In this way, you support the circular use of raw materials and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
When choosing a suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can conveniently sort products according to several parameters – especially by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This quickly narrows down the selection to bottles, jars or pots that match your formulation and the visual concept of your brand.
When filling, make sure that the packaging is clean, dry and disinfected, thereby minimising the risk of product deterioration. We recommend using suitable funnels or filling tools to prevent contamination of the neck and cap. After filling, close the bottle tightly and store it at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. It is also advisable to label the packaging with the product name and filling date for easy orientation in your stock.
