The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical and durable packaging suitable for various types of liquid preparations, especially where convenient and even dispersion using a sprayer is required. Thanks to its reliable spray mechanism, it is ideal for packaging products where gentle and controlled dosing, protection of the contents against contamination, and minimization of contact with the external environment are important.
The matte finish of the bottle body looks professional and clean in terms of design, which makes it easier to complete the final appearance of the brand – for example with the help of labels or printing. The trigger sprayer also provides comfortable one-handed dosing, making the bottle suitable for everyday and intensive use in both home and professional practice.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of a bottle with trigger sprayer, so it is immediately ready for filling and use without the need to look for separately sold closures. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. By sorting correctly, you will dispose of the bottle and the sprayer into the collection container corresponding to the given type of plastic, thereby supporting their further material recovery.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are followed. However, before each new filling, both the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent microbial contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using either isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, allow all parts to evaporate completely and dry, and only then refill the packaging.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations that need to be evenly sprayed onto the skin, hair, surfaces or into the air. It is suitable, for example, for facial and body waters, hair sprays, hydrating and refreshing sprays, textile and room sprays, or certain cleaning solutions intended for manual application. We always recommend checking the viscosity and composition of the product so that the sprayer can easily draw up the fill and create the desired mist.
Before reuse we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and letting it drain. Then disinfect the entire packaging, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, making sure that the disinfectant also reaches the internal parts of the sprayer. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then proceed to filling with a new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it and removing basic residues of the fill. Then separate the bottle and the sprayer according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website. Sort the individual parts into the appropriate containers for separated waste (usually plastic) so that material recovery is possible. For specific or chemically active fills, also follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the product itself.

In this way you can quickly select packaging that will match your formulation, the required dosing and the visual style of your brand.
