White plastic bottle with disc top closure is a practical and hygienic packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations as well as auxiliary formulations for home production. Thanks to the functional disc top closure, it allows convenient and controlled dispensing, which is ideal for everyday use of products with low to medium viscosity. The white opaque bottle also helps protect light-sensitive components from excessive light exposure, thus contributing to the stability and quality of the contents during storage and use.
This product forms a complete packaging set with disc top closure, which is designed to be functional and user-friendly when dispensing liquid products. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dispensing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, content of solvents or oil components).

The disc top closure is designed to handle common cosmetic formulations with low to medium viscosity, such as facial toners, tonics, liquid emulsions, lighter body milks or shampoos. For very thick creams and butters, however, dispensing through a disc top may not be comfortable. For a new formula, we recommend filling a small amount of product as a trial and testing whether the contents dispense smoothly and without excessive pressure.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed, but we always recommend assigning it to one type of product (for example only to aqueous solutions or only to oil blends). Before each refilling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimize microbiological risk and extends the stability of your product.
To extend the service life of the packaging, we recommend avoiding long-term contact with very aggressive solvents and using moderately warm water with a mild detergent for cleaning. After washing, let the bottle and the disc top closure dry completely at room temperature, ideally in a well-ventilated area. Afterwards, it is advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination. When storing finished products, protect the packaging from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
If you decide not to use the bottle and the closure any more, we recommend recycling them in accordance with the information given in the parameter table for the product. Depending on the type of plastic (you will find the material designation in the parameters or on the bottom of the packaging), sort the empty and as thoroughly rinsed as possible bottle into the appropriate container for sorted waste. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging and separate the individual parts (bottle, closure) so that the material can be processed more efficiently in the recycling process.
