The plastic bottle with a matte black trigger sprayer is a practical packaging component for formulas that require gentle and even dosing in the form of a spray. It represents a reliable solution for filling and applying liquid preparations where precise, convenient and user-friendly application without contact with the contents is important.
Thanks to the suitably selected plastic material, this bottle with sprayer is resistant to common cosmetic and cleaning formulations and at the same time sufficiently lightweight for everyday use in the home as well as in professional production. The trigger mechanism enables easy handling and dosing even during long-term use.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, which makes it an immediately usable solution for products intended to be applied in the form of a spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates optimally with your specific product.

The bottle with trigger sprayer is primarily intended for liquid, low-viscosity preparations that can be sprayed evenly. Thicker emulsions or highly oily mixtures may affect the smoothness of dosing or clog the nozzle. For less viscous oily or water-diluted formulations, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the sprayer before final filling.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned of residues of the previous product and then the packaging must be disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out thoroughly and dry, and only then refill the bottle.
To minimise clogging of the nozzle, we recommend using the cleanest possible and filtered solutions without undissolved particles. When making homemade products, it is advisable to dissolve all solid ingredients thoroughly or strain mixtures through a fine sieve or filter. If spraying performance deteriorates, remove the spray head, rinse it with warm water or with a diluted cleaning solution, and then allow it to dry completely before further use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with the material specified in the parameter table for the product. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle as much as possible, remove any remaining contents by rinsing and, if possible, separate the plastic parts (bottle body and sprayer). Then dispose of them in the appropriate container for sorted collection, according to the material designation on the packaging and the information given in the product parameters.
