The plastic cleaning agent bottle is a practical container designed for storing and dispensing liquid mixtures for both household and professional use. It is particularly suitable for cleaning and disinfecting solutions where ease of handling and visibility of contents is important. It is a PET container that is lightweight, rigid and transparent, allowing easy checking of the level and condition of the refill during daily use.
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensing devices (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
It is most commonly used for cleaning and disinfecting solutions, working mixtures and technical liquids, where the transparency of the packaging and ease of dispensing are practical.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%.
It is not advisable to expose the PET material to high temperatures, as this may cause deformation of the packaging. The packaging is not designed to be washed in a dishwasher or boiled.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you empty it, rinse it and take it to a sorted plastics collection. PET packaging is one of the commonly recycled plastics; the cap or dispenser should be separated and sorted separately by material.
We recommend testing the seal of the closure, the dispensing and the storage behaviour of the packaging. For more aggressive or concentrated mixtures, a compatibility test is particularly important.
