Is it possible to use this plastic bottle with trigger sprayer repeatedly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the sprayer in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our offer as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfecting solution to act, then rinse the packaging thoroughly and let it dry completely before refilling.

What type of products is the trigger sprayer most suitable for?

The trigger sprayer is ideal for preparations that need to be applied evenly over a larger area – for example body and hair sprays, fabric refreshers, surface cleaning solutions, preparations for interior maintenance as well as various DIY household formulations. Always verify suitability with your own test, since viscosity or the presence of oils may affect the smoothness of spraying.

How should I properly clean and maintain the trigger sprayer so that it does not become clogged?

To maintain reliable operation of the sprayer, we recommend rinsing the sprayer with warm water after the product has been used up and pressing the trigger several times so that the water passes through the entire dispensing mechanism. When changing the type of product (for example from a cleaning preparation to a cosmetic one), it is advisable, in addition to rinsing with water, to use disinfection with alcohol, then rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to dry completely. Avoid using mixtures that are too viscous or highly oily, as these may clog the nozzle over time.

How can I properly recycle this packaging if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we first recommend completely emptying it and removing any product residues. The method of recycling needs to be adapted to the material identification indicated in the product parameters in the e-shop. Based on this, you will place the main part of the bottle and the components of the sprayer into the corresponding separated waste stream (for example the plastic container according to the type of plastic). In the case of a combination of several materials, it is ideal to separate what can be separated and follow local waste sorting rules.
