Plastic bottle made from recycled material with a matte surface and trigger sprayer represents a professional solution for packaging modern liquid preparations where comfortable spraying and repeatable functionality are important. Thanks to high-quality manufacturing and a durable trigger mechanism, the packaging is suitable for preparations intended for body care, hair care, household use and artisan production. The opaque dark design helps protect more sensitive formulas from external light and extends their stability during storage.
This packaging with an integrated sprayer ensures even application of a fine or targeted spray (depending on the type of formulation), making it ideal for packaging liquid cosmetic and cleaning products. Recycled plastic reduces the environmental footprint of the packaging while maintaining high utility value and mechanical resistance during normal use.
This product represents a combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, which is designed so that they work together as a single functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Detailed information on material composition, the type of recycled plastic used, suitability for specific types of formulations and the recommended method of use can always be found in the “Parameters” section of the product and in the accompanying documentation. When designing formulas, we recommend taking into account the long-term stability of the selected raw materials in contact with the plastic packaging and regularly testing the behaviour of the finished product during normal storage.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly provided it is handled reasonably and the mechanism of the trigger sprayer is not damaged. With every new filling it is, however, important to follow basic hygiene principles – the inside of the bottle and the parts that come into contact with the product must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, and it is advisable to adapt the procedure to the type of formulation and the sensitivity of the raw materials used.
After the contents have been used up, it is advisable to rinse the sprayer with clean water and press the trigger several times so that the water flows through the dip tube and nozzle. For preparations with a higher proportion of oils or essential oils, a mild cleaning solution based on a suitable surfactant can be used and then rinsed thoroughly. Before refilling, we recommend disinfecting the internal parts and allowing them to dry completely. Do not use aggressive solvents or high temperatures that could affect the service life of the plastic components.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid products that are to be applied in the form of a spray – for example body and hair sprays, toners, styling products, air fresheners or surface cleaners. For formulations with a higher oil content or more viscous solutions, we recommend performing a spraying test and checking the uniformity of the spray pattern to verify that the consistency of the product is fully compatible with the given dispensing mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing product residues. The method of recycling must be adapted to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product – based on this designation you will assign the bottle and the trigger mechanism to the appropriate separate collection stream. In the case of combined packaging (e.g. different materials for the bottle and the sprayer) it is advisable, where possible, to separate the individual parts and sort them according to material type. By following the recommended recycling rules you will contribute to efficient processing of the used packaging materials.
