Plastic bottle with dropper dispenser represents a practical and hygienic packaging designed primarily for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of a reliable plastic body and a functional dispensing system, it is suitable for filling products where controlled and clean withdrawal of the contents is important. The packaging is designed to be comfortable to use both in home cosmetic production and in smaller artisanal or semi-professional manufacturing.
This type of dropper bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid or slightly viscous products where a higher level of protection of the contents against contact with air and impurities is required. The rigid plastic bottle in combination with the dispenser helps to minimise cross-contamination and at the same time facilitates measured use of the product without unnecessary waste.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dropper dispenser is optimised primarily for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic preparations. Thicker emulsions or gel textures may reduce the smoothness of dosing, therefore we recommend always performing a trial with the specific formulation before the final filling. If necessary, you can use another type of packaging or dispensing mechanism in the packaging category that is more suitable for denser textures.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles and compatibility with the given type of formulation are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, including the dispenser, must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, available in our range. After thorough washing, rinsing and subsequent disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to avoid dilution or deterioration of the new fill.
Before repeated filling, we recommend disassembling the packaging into individual parts, mechanically removing residues of the original product and then washing the components in lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent compatible with the given type of plastic. After thorough rinsing with clean water, it is advisable to carry out disinfection of the surfaces, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol applied by spraying or wiping. For disinfection you can use the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which are available in our range. After disinfection, allow all parts of the bottle to dry completely at room temperature and only then proceed to filling with a new product.
The method of recycling depends on the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on local waste-sorting regulations. We recommend first checking the material designation on the packaging and the information in the parameter table for the product, where you will also find the relevant recycling symbol. Before handing it over for sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if technically possible, separate plastic parts that are made of a different material. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, by placing it in the correct container for sorted waste you will support efficient material recycling and reduction of environmental burden.
