The plastic bottle with sprayer is a practical packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and functional mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, cleaning and technical solutions where even application to the skin, hair, a surface or textiles is required. The construction of the bottle enables convenient filling, good grip in the hand and repeated use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
This product represents a combination of bottle and sprayer, designed to provide reliable sealing as well as comfortable application. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the selected packaging works optimally with your product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you help minimise the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the quality of your preparations.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for all liquid formulations that require fine dispersion on the skin, hair or a surface – for example face and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners, textile sprays or light cleaning solutions. It is always important to verify the compatibility of the specific recipe with the plastic material used and with the sprayer mechanism, by means of a trial batch.
Before re-use, it is advisable to disassemble the packaging into individual parts (bottle body, sprayer, possibly the cap), rinse them with warm water and detergent and rinse thoroughly. We then recommend disinfecting the components with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, the parts must be allowed to dry completely at room temperature. The packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, boiled or washed in a dishwasher in order to prevent deformation of the plastic and deterioration of the sprayer function.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Follow the recycling symbol and the recommendations given for the specific packaging on the Handymade.sk website so that the material is correctly placed in the appropriate container and can be recycled efficiently. Removing product residues and separating the individual parts (bottle, sprayer, cap) helps improve the quality of sorted waste and facilitates processing in the recycling process.
For selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can easily sort the offer according to parameters such as neck finish, size, colour and packaging material. This quickly narrows your selection down to bottles, pill containers, jars or pots that best correspond to your formulation and visual concept. In the case of specific requirements, it is advisable to verify the compatibility of the packaging with the product by means of a trial batch before final implementation in production.
