Plastic medicine bottle with white spray pump 10 ml is a practical small packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to its reliable spray mechanism and compact volume, it is suitable for travel sizes, samples and professional use in smaller batches. This type of bottle is ideal for formulations that require even application in a thin layer without the hand coming into contact with the contents.
This product represents a combination of bottle and spray pump that is ready for immediate filling and use without the need to purchase additional parts. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend handing it over for separate collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters table. The recycling symbol and material designation can be found directly on the product – according to this, choose the appropriate container for sorted waste or a collection point.
The packaging can be reused, provided it is handled correctly and hygienic principles are followed, especially within a single user household or workshop. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
We recommend disassembling the spray pump into the accessible parts (protective cap, head, dip tube) and rinsing them with lukewarm water and a mild detergent suitable for the given type of formulation. It is then advisable to spray the entire system through with clean water, followed by a small amount of alcohol-based disinfectant solution, which helps remove residues of oils and emulsions. Before the next use, it is important to allow all parts to dry thoroughly so that the new filling is not diluted and the nozzle does not become clogged.
The fine spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity liquid products such as facial and body sprays, hydrolats, toners, disinfectant solutions and aromatherapeutic blends in alcohol or water. Thick emulsions, undiluted oils or gels may not be suitable for this type of dosing, as they can clog the nozzle and impair the evenness of the spray. With a new formulation, we always recommend preparing a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the packaging during prolonged use.
Before disposing of the packaging, we recommend using up or removing any product residues as much as possible and rinsing the bottle so that no strong fragrance or residues of active substances remain. Then check the material designation in the product parameters table and on the packaging itself (recycling symbol and plastic abbreviation). According to this designation, place the packaging in the appropriate container for separate plastic collection or hand it in at a collection yard. If local regulations require special handling of chemical residues, follow the instructions of your collection system.
When choosing a suitable bottle, jar or medicine container, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. With the filter, you can sort the packaging clearly according to the type of neck, required size, colour and material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that is compatible with your existing closures or desired dosing method and at the same time meets the visual and functional requirements of your product.
