The bottle can be used repeatedly provided you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and the dispenser, and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination of the new product and preserves its stability during use.

First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent (ideally a mild detergent), rinsing it thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to drain. Then apply disinfection – rinse or spray the inside of the packaging and the parts of the dispenser with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.

This type of plastic bottle is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. High temperatures and long-term exposure to hot water or steam can lead to deformation of the packaging and affect the functionality of the dispenser. For cleaning, therefore use hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, followed by rinsing and disinfection with alcohol according to the recommendations above. In this way you will maintain the dimensional stability of the plastic and the reliable sealing of the dosing mechanism.

If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before handing it over for collection, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the individual components (bottle body, dispenser). Follow the recycling symbol and material designation given in the product parameters – place the plastic parts in the appropriate container for plastics. By proper recycling, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.
