How can I find out whether this dispenser is compatible with my bottle?

Compatibility of the dispenser with the bottle depends on the type and size of the neck thread. In the product detail you will find the thread designation, according to which you can select a suitable packaging from the relevant category. We recommend combining only packaging and closures with the same thread designation and, before final use, carrying out a sealing and dosing test on your specific formulation.

Is it possible to reuse the dispenser for subsequent filling?

The dispenser can be reused as long as it is not mechanically damaged and basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, both the packaging and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination during further use.

How should I properly clean the dispenser between individual fillings?

After emptying the packaging, we recommend dismantling the dispenser to the extent allowed by its construction, rinsing it with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, and then rinsing it thoroughly with drinking water. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to flush the internal part of the system with disinfectant alcohol and allow it to air-dry. During cleaning, it is important to prevent residues of the original product from settling in the channels of the dispenser in order to avoid clogging or affecting the next formulation.

How should I correctly recycle the dispenser and the used packaging if I no longer want to use it?

Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging and the dispenser as much as possible and removing product residues. The subsequent recycling procedure is governed by the material designation indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. According to this designation, it is appropriate to place the packaging in the relevant separated collection (e.g. plastic container). If you decide not to reuse the packaging and the dispenser, handing them over to separated waste is an environmentally friendly solution. Always follow the local waste-sorting rules in your municipality or city.
