Plastic spray pump 24/410 white smooth collar is a practical and universal accessory for bottles with a compatible thread, intended for convenient spraying of liquid formulations. It enables gentle and even application of the product to the face, body, hair or surface, making it suitable for a wide range of liquid-based cosmetic and household products.
The spray pump is designed to ensure consistent distribution of the contents and to limit excessive product consumption during application. In combination with a suitable bottle, it creates a functional, aesthetic and user-comfortable packaging that is suitable for both artisanal and smaller semi-professional production.
The spray pump is intended as a functional component for a suitable bottle or vial with a corresponding neck type. Within the Handymade range, there are several packaging options available that can be combined with this type of spray pump according to the specific project and the desired appearance or volume of the final product.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity aqueous solutions such as toners, floral waters or light water-based or hydroalcoholic blends. Thick emulsions, balms or heavy oil blends may reduce the quality of spraying or completely prevent the mechanism from operating. For less fluid formulations, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the spray pump provides an even and continuous mist.
The packaging with this spray pump can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump itself must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol (ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and an impact on product stability.
If you decide not to reuse the spray pump and the packaging used with it, we recommend recycling them responsibly according to the material information given in the parameters of the specific product on the page. You will find the material designation in the technical data – based on this, you will assign the packaging to the appropriate sorted waste stream (for example plastic packaging to the yellow container). Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging, rinse it as well as possible and remove any product residues so that they do not affect the processing in the recycling facility.
When filling, we recommend using a clean and dry funnel or filling device to prevent contamination and damage to the bottle thread. After screwing on the spray pump, check that the collar is tightened evenly and that the packaging does not leak when shaken. During storage, follow the recommendations for the specific formulation – especially for products containing volatile components or alcohol it is advisable to store them away from sources of heat and at a stable temperature in order to minimise the loss of volatile substances and degradation of the contents. If the packaging used contains plastic that is sensitive to temperature, do not expose it to excessive heat or frost.
