Plastic lever spray dispenser is a practical closure that is ideal for convenient and even dispensing of liquids in the form of a fine spray. In combination with a suitable bottle or vial, it creates a functional packaging system for cosmetic, cleaning and craft products where controlled application directly to the desired area is important.
Thanks to the well-designed mechanism construction, it provides consistent dispersion of the liquid without unnecessary dripping, which is particularly suitable for product formulations where precise application of a smaller amount is important. The lever operation also enables comfortable handling even during longer-term use.
This lever sprayer is designed to be combined with a suitable bottle or vial that has a matching neck type according to the product parameters. In this way, a fully functional container with practical spray dosing is created.
They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The lever sprayer is designed primarily for less viscous, liquid preparations where a fine spray is required. For thicker or oily formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the mechanism in order to verify the smoothness of spraying and the uniformity of dosing for the specific composition of the product.
Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the sprayer to the extent allowed by its construction, rinsing it with water and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent. For disinfection, you can use for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range. After applying the disinfectant solution, allow the components to dry thoroughly and only then use them again for filling a new product.
The sprayer can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging system (bottle and sprayer) to prevent cross-contamination between individual products. For disinfection, we recommend using for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, which you can find in the Handymade offer: IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable 1 l. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, then rinse the components, let them dry completely and only then refill them.
If you decide not to reuse the sprayer, we recommend emptying it before disposal and removing any product residues. Then proceed according to the information on the material composition given in the product parameters – based on this, choose a suitable container for sorted waste (most often plastic collection). Exact recycling recommendations can be found with the product in the parameters section; by following them you support proper sorting of the packaging material and its further recovery in the recycling process.
To select a suitable bottle, closure or dispenser, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the extended filter it is possible to combine several criteria – for example neck type, size, colour or material – so that only those packages are displayed which correspond to your formulation and the required dosing method. In this way, you will quickly find a compatible bottle and the appropriate sprayer or other closure.
