It is made of PP (polypropylene) material, which is stable in normal storage and use and is suitable for contact with cosmetic products. The lid is designed to reduce the risk of unwanted leakage of contents, protect the product from external contaminants and ensure comfortable handling when storing and decanting liquid products.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal, behaviour of the packaging and closure in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the container can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before refilling, the lid must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example with IPA 99% or ethanol 96%.
We recommend storing the lid in a dry and clean environment, protected from dirt and mechanical damage.
If you decide not to use the lid anymore, we recommend recycling it. After emptying and rinsing if necessary, sort it into the plastic collection according to the local rules for PP material.
