Dark brown glass jar 30 ml represents a high-quality packaging suitable for small batches of natural cosmetics, balms or concentrated preparations, where protection of sensitive components is important. The dark glass helps protect the contents from the effects of light, thereby contributing to the stability of active substances and extending the shelf life of the finished product.
This durable cosmetic jar is ideal for packaging thicker and semi-liquid recipes, oily as well as water-gel formulations. The smooth inner surface of the container allows for easy dosing and thorough emptying of the contents, which is practical for artisanal and semi-professional production.
The jar is intended for use with compatible closures according to the parameters selected in the product detail. Yes, the jar can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Such a procedure helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the durability of the finished product.
The dark brown glass jar is excellently suited for filling thicker formulations, such as face and body creams, balms, butters, natural ointments, lip balms, spot treatments or gentle scrubs. It is also useful for smaller test batches, travel sizes or products with a higher content of plant oils and active substances that should be protected from light.
Before refilling, we recommend first mechanically removing the residues of the original product, then washing the jar in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing it well. After drying, it is necessary to thoroughly disinfect the inner space and the threads, for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % plant ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate and only then refill the jar.
If you decide not to use the jar further, it is recommended to clean it of any remaining contents and then place it in sorted waste according to the rules listed in the product parameters. Glass packaging is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the lid or other elements made of a different material should preferably be sorted separately according to their labelling. By following the instructions in the parameter table, you support a proper recycling process and reduce the amount of waste.
