Frosted glass jar 25 ml white lid is an elegant and durable packaging solution designed for neat and professional filling of creamy, gel and also thicker formulations. The frosted glass combined with a sealing lid helps maintain the stability of the formula, protects the contents from undesirable environmental influences and at the same time supports the premium appearance of the finished product.
Thanks to the high‑quality glass, this jar is suitable for packaging cosmetic products with active ingredients, where a good barrier against the external environment, texture stability and minimisation of interaction between the packaging and the contents is important. The compact shape of the pot makes dosing and use easier even with thicker preparations, ointment bases and balms.
This jar is supplied as a combination of container and closure, ready for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging is ideally suited to your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the jar is suitable for lighter creams, gel textures and also thicker balms or ointments. The wider opening makes it easier to pick up the product with fingers or a spatula and the solid walls ensure good stability even with thick formulations. When developing the formula, we recommend always testing the consistency in the actual packaging, so that you can assess the comfort of use for the end customer.
The jar can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example by using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. In our range you will find suitable products for disinfection, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After drying, you can fill the jar again with a new batch of product.
First mechanically remove any residues of the original product, for example with a spatula or paper towel. Wash the jar in warm water with a suitable detergent, rinse thoroughly and leave to dry completely. We then recommend disinfecting the container with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based, and after it has dried, the jar is ready for refilling. When cleaning the lid, proceed in the same way, paying attention to thorough cleaning of the thread and seal.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or pharmaceutical bottles), you will find the advanced filter at the top of the page. There you can conveniently select packaging according to several parameters – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. By combining filters, you can quickly narrow the selection down to only those packages that suit your particular product and the desired visual appearance.
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass part should, after being cleaned of product residues, be placed in the collection container intended for packaging glass. Sort the lid and any sealing components according to the material indicated in the parameter table (for example into the plastic or other appropriate container). Before placing it in the sorted waste, it is always advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging in order to minimise cosmetic residues in the waste.
