The plastic bottle with a glossy white-gold dispenser represents an elegant solution for packaging a wide variety of liquid cosmetic preparations. The practical dispensing system enables hygienic and controlled application of the product, which is especially appreciated for formulas where precise application and minimising the contact of the contents with air are important. Thanks to the appropriately selected plastic material, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, in salons and when travelling.
The transparent bottle makes it easier to visually check both the quantity and the appearance of the filled product, which is advantageous for cosmetics that may change colour or viscosity over time. The combination of the transparent body and the decorative white-gold dispenser looks representative and suits both minimalist and luxuriously tuned brands. Such packaging is suitable for various types of liquid and light emulsion preparations that require comfortable dosing and aesthetic presentation.
The standalone bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed; however, we recommend paying increased attention to cleaning between individual fillings. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In the range you will find, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based 1 l, which are suitable for disinfecting packaging before reuse.
When cleaning and using the packaging, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents. Hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent is recommended, followed by thorough rinsing. Do not leave the packaging in long-term direct contact with high temperatures or direct radiant heat, so that the material is not weakened and the functionality of the dispenser is not impaired.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend as a first step to empty it and mechanically clean it as thoroughly as possible from product residues. Then sort the packaging according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and take it to the appropriate separate collection system in your municipality or city. Separating it into individual parts (bottle body, pump, cap) helps more efficient waste sorting. Always adapt specific recycling recommendations to the material designation in the parameter table for the given product on the Handymade website.
To choose the right packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material and thus adapt your choice to the specific formulation and the visual style of your brand. By combining several filters, you can find a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar for your product without having to browse through the entire range.
The dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and lighter emulsion formulations that need to be applied in a smaller, controlled amount. These include, for example, facial toners, tonics, light serums, body fluids or hair sprays with lower viscosity. Before filling in your own product, we recommend carrying out a dosing and viscosity test on a small sample to verify that the pump delivers the contents reliably and evenly.
We recommend verifying compatibility by filling a smaller amount of product into one bottle and observing it over several days to weeks. Focus on any changes in the colouring of the plastic, changes in fragrance, viscosity or stability of the formulation, as well as on the functionality of the dispenser (back suction, uniformity of the dose and sealing). In the case of more complex or acidic/very alkaline formulations, it is advisable to carry out a longer-term test and store the packaging under conditions similar to real use (temperature, light, frequency of use).
