The plastic bottle with disc-top cap is a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for hygienic and safe packing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the durable plastic material and functional shape, it is ideal for everyday use in the bathroom, kitchen and professional facilities. The disc-top cap allows controlled dispensing and helps protect the contents from contamination during handling.
This type of cosmetic bottle is popular for packaging products that require quick and convenient application without the need to unscrew the cap. The transparent design enables visual control of the quantity and appearance of the contents, which you will appreciate for your own formulations as well as for finished products intended for sale.
This bottle with disc-top cap forms a functional unit ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for formulations with a higher alcohol content, active substances or essential oils.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and then disinfect it with a suitable disinfectant, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Only after the packaging is completely dry can the bottle be refilled with a new formulation.
First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for the given type of formulation, taking care to thoroughly remove all residues of the original product. Then it is advisable to rinse the bottle with drinking water and disinfect both the inner and outer surfaces using alcohol (ALK001 or ALK002 available on Handymade.sk). After disinfection, the packaging must be left to air dry at room temperature, and only then should it be refilled.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and, if possible, removing any remaining product. Then dispose of it in the relevant separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters for this packaging on Handymade.sk. The recycling symbol and plastic type will indicate which container the packaging belongs in. By following the recommended sorting, you will contribute to a more efficient recycling process.
The disc-top cap is ideal for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations where convenient, quick and controlled dispensing is required. It is particularly suitable for shampoos, shower gels, body emulsions, make-up remover solutions, toners, massage and treatment oils, or universal liquid household preparations. Thanks to one-finger opening, it is also suitable for products that are used several times a day.
