Plastic bottle – medicine-style bottle with spray pump represents a practical and professional packaging for gentle dispersion of liquid formulations. Thanks to the combination of a transparent body and a designer black-and-gold sprayer, it is suitable for modern cosmetic and artisan brands that place emphasis on both functionality and aesthetics. The fine misting enables even application of products without unnecessary waste of the contents.
This pack with a mechanical sprayer is designed for liquid preparations that require comfortable dosing in the form of a spray or mist – from toners and serums to fragrance and technical blends. The high-quality plastic body and the solid closing mechanism of the sprayer help minimise the risk of leakage of the contents during normal use as well as during transport in cosmetic bags or parcel shipments for customers.
This product is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and sprayer, ready for immediate use in practice. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer is primarily designed for thin liquids that produce a fine spray or mist. With formulations that are too thick or highly viscous, dosing may be impaired or the nozzle may become clogged. We therefore recommend carrying out a trial filling before series filling and testing the evenness of the spray distribution as well as the long-term functionality of the sprayer.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. When changing the type of product (for example from a perfume composition to a facial toner), we recommend paying exceptional attention to cleaning and flushing the sprayer mechanism in order to prevent mixing of fragrances or residues of the old product.
Before repeated filling, it is advisable to mechanically rinse the bottle, remove residues of the original product and then disinfect the inner surface as well as the sprayer. For disinfection, we recommend using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or plant-based denatured ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, it is important to let the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid exposing the plastic parts to high temperatures in order to prevent deformation or damage to the function of the sprayer.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over for sorted collection, empty the packaging as far as possible and remove any remaining contents. Then proceed according to local recycling rules – place the bottle and the sprayer components into the appropriate container based on the type of plastic. In the case of combined materials, it may be necessary to separate the individual parts (for example the cap and the body of the sprayer) and sort them according to the recommendations of your collection system.
