Foaming spray dispenser is a practical application component for packaging that transforms the liquid content into a fine foam and enables comfortable, even and economical dispensing without dripping. It is intended mainly for filling and application of cosmetic products for which a foaming form of application is required. According to the enclosed certificate, the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and preserves their properties under normal storage and use.

Possible uses

Cosmetic products: foaming hand soaps, facial cleansing and washing foams, cosmetic solutions intended for foaming
Make-up removal and cleansing: make-up removing and cleansing solutions suitable for application in the form of foam
Household and technical use: cleaning solutions for surfaces where foaming application is advantageous (a separate compatibility test is recommended)

Is this spray dispenser suitable for use with cosmetics?

Yes. According to the enclosed certificate, the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and meets the relevant legislative requirements for this type of use.

Can this packaging be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Afterwards, allow all parts to dry thoroughly.

How can weak foaming or impaired operation of the mechanism be prevented?

You will achieve the best results with well-flowing and homogeneous formulations without solid particles. For products that tend to sediment, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test and cleaning the mechanism regularly.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, rinsing out any product residues and disposing of it through waste sorting. As it is made of PP plastic material, the packaging belongs in plastic collection in accordance with local waste sorting rules.
