Black plastic 24/410 spray dispenser with glossy gold collar is an elegant and practical solution for dispensing liquid preparations in a fine mist. Thanks to the functional design of the head and the high-quality mechanism, it is suitable for even spraying of cosmetic and cleaning formulations where controlled application without unnecessary product waste is important.
The spray dispenser is designed to provide stable and repeatable dosing performance, which you will appreciate with products that are sensitive to dose or consistency. Once correctly screwed onto a compatible bottle, it creates a functional and aesthetic unit that supports the professional appearance of the finished product.
The spray dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles with a matching neck type and forms a functional spray set. When selecting a suitable container, we recommend following the parameters given for the packaging to ensure correct screwing and sealing.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially with recipes containing higher proportions of alcohol, oils or active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray dispenser can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the mechanism and the attached bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the original and the new formulation.
The spray dispenser is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity, such as water- and hydrolat-based sprays, toners, light hair products or home fragrances. Thick emulsions or gels may not pass through the mechanism optimally, so at first use it is advisable to carry out a test filling and verify the smoothness of spraying and mist formation.
After emptying the bottle, we recommend rinsing the spray dispenser with warm water, then applying a suitable cleaning or disinfecting solution and pressing several times so that the solution passes through the entire channel and nozzle. For final disinfection it is appropriate to use alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the components to dry completely at room temperature before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the spray dispenser, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material information given in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and empty the mechanism as much as possible. Then place the packaging into the appropriate separate waste stream according to the type of plastic given in the recycling marking and in the product parameters, in order to maximize the possibility of its recovery in the recycling process.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page, you will find the option to filter by key parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly select compatible bottles, jars, pumps or spray dispensers that meet the technical requirements of your product as well as the visual style of your brand.
When filling, it is important not to overfill the bottle so that there is sufficient space for fitting the spray dispenser and for the proper functioning of the dip tube. We recommend avoiding exposing the finished product to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, especially if the formulation contains volatile components or a higher proportion of alcohol. Before serial production, it is always advisable to carry out a trial batch, test the stability of the product in combination with the packaging and verify its long-term behaviour under normal storage conditions.
