Recycled plastic bottle with transparent cap is a practical packaging suitable for modern, sustainably conceived filling of liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to the recycled material used, it represents a functional solution for brands as well as home production that are looking for a combination of aesthetics, reliability and a responsible approach to the environment. The bottle is designed so that, when used correctly, it provides safe preservation of the contents, easy handling and a clean, professional appearance of the final product.
The standalone plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the offer – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes to the product during repeated use of the packaging.
After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and cap with lukewarm water containing a small amount of a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and allowing to dry. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging and the thread with an alcoholic preparation (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and allow the residues of alcohol to evaporate. During handling it is important to work with clean hands and in an environment that minimizes the risk of contamination.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before disposal, the bottle should be emptied and, if necessary, rinsed of any product residues and sorted into the container intended for that type of plastic in accordance with local waste collection rules. The cap can be sorted separately if the collection system allows it. By proper sorting you support material recycling and the reuse of raw materials.
The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or to long-term contact with very hot media. When the recommended temperature limits are exceeded, unwanted deformation of the shape, deterioration of sealing or shortening of the material’s service life may occur. For these reasons, washing in a dishwasher or boiling is not recommended; for cleaning, choose rather hand washing in lukewarm water followed by disinfection with a suitable alcoholic preparation.
The simplest way to select a suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. By combining these filters you will quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, jars or pots that best meet the needs of your product and the method of application.
