Can this recycled plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, as long as it is not visibly damaged or significantly worn. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol available in our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for safe refilling according to your intended use.

How can I correctly recycle this bottle if I do not want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type listed in the “Parameters” table for the product. Before handing it over for sorted collection, empty the bottle, wipe away any product residues if necessary and separate any parts made from different materials (for example a cap made from another material), if required by local recycling rules. Then dispose of the container itself and the cap in the appropriate bin according to the material marking on the product and according to the recommendations of your collection system.

Is this packaging suitable for all types of cosmetic formulations?

The plastic bottle made from recycled material is intended primarily for standard cosmetic and hygiene products. Since individual formulations can contain various surfactants, solvents or essential oils, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – first fill a smaller amount of the product and monitor the behaviour of the packaging over several weeks (change in colour, softening, cap leakage, change in the consistency or fragrance of the product). In the case of specific or highly concentrated ingredients, individual testing is essential.

How should bottles made from recycled plastic be stored so that they remain in good condition for as long as possible?

Store bottles made from recycled plastic in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Long-term exposure to high temperatures or strong UV radiation can lead to deterioration of the plastic’s properties and a reduction in its mechanical stability. Storage at room temperature is recommended, in closed cardboard boxes or on shelves where the containers are protected from dust and dirt until the moment of filling.
