Recycled plastic bottle with flip-top closure represents a practical and modern packaging solution for a wide range of liquid cosmetic preparations and hygiene products. Thanks to the recycled plastic material, it is suitable for filling various formulations that require easy dosing and convenient one-handed opening. The design of the bottle with a rigid container and flip-top closure supports controlled dispensing of the contents and minimizes unwanted spillage during use and transport.
This packaging is designed to be stable, durable and at the same time visually clean and aesthetic – ideal for home brands and small artisan brands of cosmetics or body care. The recycled plastic used in production helps reduce the consumption of primary raw materials and makes it possible to create a functional, reusable bottle that provides good protection of the contents during normal storage and use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete combination bottle + flip-top closure, intended for direct use without the need for additional accessories. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – to verify tightness, the behaviour of the closure during repeated opening and dosing, as well as the reaction of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging material during short-term and long-term storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surface has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling.
First rinse the inside of the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent and let it drain thoroughly. Then apply a disinfectant – spread a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol over the inner surface, or shake so that the disinfectant reaches all the walls. Allow the bottle to dry completely in the air. We recommend using the same procedure for the closure, and it is important that no residues of water or disinfectant remain in it, which could affect the composition of the new filling.
To make it easier to select suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging categories. It is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers). Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the packaging according to several parameters – in particular according to the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find a bottle or container that best suits your product and the desired dosing method.
The recycled plastic used to manufacture this bottle is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. In contact with very hot liquids or during prolonged heating, the walls may soften or deform, which negatively affects the stability and tightness of the closure. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. When filling, we recommend using liquids at room temperature and when cleaning, choosing a gentle procedure without extreme heating so that the bottle retains its shape and functionality.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and, if necessary, briefly rinse the inside. Then sort the packaging into the appropriate plastic container according to local waste-sorting rules. In this way, you support the reprocessing of the material and reduce the environmental burden associated with the production of new plastics.
