Plastic bottle made from recycled material with dispenser and cap represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for modern cosmetic formulations as well as hygiene preparations. Thanks to the high-quality processing of recycled plastic, the bottle is suitable for packing various liquid and gel-based products where controlled dosing, clean application and protection of the contents from impurities during use are important.
The dosing pump with protective cap enables comfortable, repeatable and hygienic use, while helping to reduce excessive consumption of the product. This type of packaging is suitable for both home and professional use, where emphasis is placed on functionality, safe use and the representative appearance of the entire packaging.
This type of cosmetic bottle is supplied as a complete solution bottle + dispenser with cap, which is designed for comfortable and reliable product dosing.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can, if hygiene rules are observed, be safely used repeatedly. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle, dispenser and cap and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbiological risk and protects the stability of your formulation.
We recommend first thoroughly rinsing the dispenser with warm (not boiling) water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent, and then pumping clean water through the mechanism to remove product residues. After rinsing, leave the components to dry freely at room temperature. Before refilling, you can spray or wipe the internal parts you can access with an alcohol-based disinfectant solution and again allow them to dry thoroughly. Do not use high temperatures or boiling, so as not to damage the plastic parts.
The bottle made from recycled plastic is generally suitable for common cosmetic formulations; however, for highly concentrated active substances or undiluted raw materials (for example pure acids, high concentrations of alcohol or essential oils), it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test. We recommend preparing a small trial quantity of the product, filling it into the packaging and monitoring changes in colour, odour, texture and any impact on the surface of the packaging over a longer period of time.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it, giving it a basic rinse and sorting it into separate waste according to the material listed in the product parameters. The bottle body and the dispenser itself may be made from different types of plastic, so it is ideal to separate what can be separated (for example the cap from the bottle) and sort according to local waste-sorting rules. You will find the information about the specific material in the parameter table by the product; based on this, place the packaging in the appropriate container for sorted waste. In this way you support efficient recycling of packaging materials.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to several parameters – in particular according to the type and size of the neck, the total volume, the colour and the material of the packaging. In this way you will quickly find bottles, jars, pill bottles or other containers that best match your formulation and the visual concept of your brand.
When filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible and observing basic hygiene rules in order to minimize the risk of product contamination. Do not overfill the packaging; leave a small air reserve so that the dispenser functions correctly. After filling, tighten the dispenser firmly and check whether there is any product leakage. Store the bottle at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. For longer-term storage of finished products, it is appropriate to follow the recommendations of the raw-material manufacturers regarding temperature and light conditions.
