Plastic bottle made from recycled material with white-and-gold dispenser represents an aesthetic and functional solution for manufacturers and handmade creators who are looking for a sustainable container for liquid products. Thanks to the high-quality plastic and the integrated dispenser, it enables precise, hygienic and controlled dispensing during everyday use at home and in professional facilities.
The container is designed to be suitable for various types of cosmetic preparations and other liquid formulations, while ensuring content stability and convenient application. The recycled material supports a responsible approach to the environment and the reduction of the amount of primary plastics.
This bottle is prepared on Handymade as a combination of container and dispenser, which is designed and tested for practical use. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation) in order to ensure long-term stability and reliable use of the product.
All technical parameters of the container are specified in the enclosed Container Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When working with a plastic container made of PET material, it is important to take its temperature limits into account. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because with long-term or intensive heating there is a risk of deformation of the container and deterioration of its mechanical properties. For this reason, the container is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning and preparation before refilling, we recommend gentle manual washing followed by disinfection with a suitable product.
The container can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed and proper care is taken. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly washed and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the container. For plastics of the PET type it is necessary to avoid high temperatures so that deformation of the container does not occur.
After emptying the bottle, the dispenser should be rinsed several times with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, and clean water should be pumped through the mechanism in order to remove product residues. We then recommend a brief rinse with a suitable disinfecting solution (for example, a solution prepared from IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 %) and to leave the dispenser to dry on a clean, uncontaminated surface. Avoid using hot water or steam, which could, in the case of a PET container, lead to deformation of the plastic or damage to the seals.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid to medium-thick products that are intended to be applied in a smaller, controlled amount. In practice this means mainly facial and body emulsions, milks, lighter creams, liquid soaps, hair toners or serums. For very thick balms or preparations with a high proportion of undissolved particles, dispensing may be more difficult, and it is recommended to carry out a trial filling to verify the smooth operation and the back suction of the product in the dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the container, its recycling according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters is recommended. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any remaining contents in order to minimize contamination of other waste. Containers made of PET material are commonly placed in containers intended for plastics; labels and minor product residues usually do not interfere with the recycling process. The dispenser may contain a combination of several materials; where possible, it is advisable to separate the plastic part from the metal components in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. Always adapt specific recycling recommendations to the material marking and the local waste collection system.
To choose a suitable bottle, vial or jar, you can use the advanced filter, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. With the help of the filter, you can easily sort the range according to parameters such as type and diameter of the neck, size or volume, colour of the container and the material used. By combining these filters, you will quickly find containers that match your formulation and the visual style of your brand. For specific products we recommend selecting several alternatives and carrying out a trial filling to verify the compatibility of the chosen material and dispensing type.
