The plastic bottle made from recycled material with a matte white closure represents a modern and sustainable solution for packaging a wide range of liquid and gel products. The recycled plastic is designed to provide reliable protection of the contents when used correctly, while also helping to reduce the amount of newly produced plastic. Thanks to its practical shape and durable material, this bottle is suitable for artisanal, small-scale and professional cosmetics.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed and as long as it is not visibly damaged or significantly worn. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol available in our range: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for safe refilling according to your intended use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type indicated in the “Parameters” table for the product. Before placing it in sorted collection, empty the bottle, wipe out any remaining contents if necessary and separate any different parts (for example a closure made of another material), if required by local recycling rules. Then dispose of the container itself and the cap in the appropriate bin according to the material marking on the product and the recommendations of your collection system.
The plastic bottle made from recycled material is intended primarily for common cosmetic and hygiene products. Since individual formulations may contain various surface‑active agents, solvents or essential oils, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – first fill a smaller amount of product and monitor the behaviour of the packaging over several weeks (colour change, softening, leakage of the closure, change in consistency or scent of the product). In the case of specific or highly concentrated ingredients, individual testing is essential.
Store bottles made from recycled plastic in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Long‑term exposure to high temperatures or strong UV radiation may lead to deterioration of the properties of the plastic and a reduction in its mechanical stability. Storage at room temperature is recommended, in closed cardboard packaging or on shelves where the containers are protected from dust and dirt until the moment of filling.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find an option at the top of the page to filter according to several parameters. Using the filter, you can narrow the offer by neck type, size, colour and material, so that you can easily choose the packaging that best matches your product and your brand design.
