The plastic bottle made from recycled material represents a practical and environmentally responsible packaging suitable for filling various liquid and lightly viscous products. Thanks to the recycled plastic used, it offers stable protection of the contents and helps reduce the amount of newly produced plastic. The smooth white cap with reducer ensures more controlled dispensing, which contributes to precise application and cleaner work when filling and using the product.
The packaging is suitable for manufacturers of natural cosmetics, artisan products, small workshops, as well as home crafting, where the combination of functionality, aesthetics and sustainability is important. Thanks to its well-designed shape and surface, the bottle fits comfortably in the hand, is easy to store and is well suited for labelling with stickers or printing.
This bottle is designed as a standalone packaging, which is supplemented on Handymade with a suitable cap. Within the same category, however, you will also find other closure solutions. The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the individual products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional.
For all combinations, however, we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, dispensing behaviour, as well as the reaction of the packaging material and the closure in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, pH, presence of essential oils, etc.). In this way you will ensure optimal functionality and stability of your final product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, ideally using suitable alcoholic preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it suitable to fill it again.
First remove the residues of the original contents by rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent (depending on the type of the original product). Then rinse the bottle and the cap once more with clean water, allow them to drain and dry. For disinfection, use an alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, which you apply by rinsing or spraying the internal surfaces. After disinfection, allow the alcohol to evaporate completely and only then fill the packaging again.
When selecting a suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the individual packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the extended filter in the upper part of the page, where you can combine several criteria. It is possible to filter according to the type of neck, overall size of the packaging, colour variant as well as material. Thanks to this, you can easily choose a bottle, jar or pot that will best correspond to the character of your product and the method of application.
If you no longer wish to use the bottle and the cap, we recommend placing them in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before handing over for recycling, always empty the packaging and remove any remaining product residues by rinsing, in order to facilitate its further processing. If the bottle and the closure consist of different materials, it is ideal to separate them before throwing them into the container, provided that local recycling rules allow this. In this way, you will support the efficient recovery of the used raw materials.
Yes, the packaging is also very suitable for preparing smaller trial batches and samples when you need to monitor the stability or behaviour of the formulation over time. In such a case, we recommend labelling the bottle with the filling date and composition so that you can subsequently evaluate the results of the individual tests. For new recipes, it is advisable to test compatibility with regard to sealing, dispensing through the reducer and possible changes in appearance or viscosity during storage.
