The transparent plastic bottle with a matte black closure is a universal packaging component suitable for filling various cosmetic preparations as well as technical solutions. Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided that basic hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected – we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. At the same time, do not expose the packaging to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid damage or deformation.
First, rinse the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent and thoroughly remove any residues of the original contents. Then treat the inside and outer surface of the bottle with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature away from direct heat, and only then refill it. Avoid using very hot water and any boiling, in order to prevent damage to the plastic.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend first rinsing it to remove product residues and then sorting it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameter table (material designation and recycling symbol). Based on this designation, you will place the packaging in the appropriate container for sorted waste in accordance with local collection rules. Separate sorting of the bottle body and the closure (if they are made of different materials) supports more efficient recycling and reduces the amount of mixed waste.
The packaging is particularly suitable for liquid products such as facial and body toners, micellar solutions, hair lotions, light serums and various auxiliary solutions used in cosmetics manufacturing. Thanks to the transparent body, it is also ideal for formulations where you want to highlight the colour or clarity of the product. When choosing the specific type of closure or dispenser, adapt the packaging to the viscosity and character of your formulation so that dispensing is comfortable and precise.
