Product description

The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical, lightweight and durable solution for packaging various liquid preparations with fine spray dosing. For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is not suitable to expose the bottle to high temperatures, because there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. The packaging is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle with spray pump suitable for cosmetic preparations for face and body?

Yes, this type of packaging is often used for aqueous and water–alcohol cosmetic preparations such as facial lotions, toners, hydrolats or gentle body sprays. Before use, always verify the compatibility of the specific formulation with the plastic specified in the product parameters, and we recommend producing a trial batch in order to verify the stability, scent and colour of the product over time.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. It is not suitable to expose the plastic material to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid its deformation or damage to the spray pump.

How should I correctly recycle or dispose of this plastic bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters (for example, a plastic container). Before handing it over for recycling, empty the bottle and the spray pump and, if necessary, rinse residual contents to make further material processing easier. If local sorting rules require the separation of several parts of the packaging, follow the instructions of your collection system.

Is it possible to use this bottle with hot or freshly prepared solutions?

Plastic packaging made of PET material is not intended for filling with hot or freshly boiled solutions. High temperature can lead to softening or deformation of the bottle walls and to damage to the spray pump. It is suitable to allow the solution to cool completely to room temperature and only then fill it into the bottle, in order to maintain the shape stability of the packaging and the reliable dosing function.
