Plastic bottle – transparent round with disc top cap represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid cosmetic products as well as auxiliary solutions for the household or workshop. Thanks to the transparent body of the container, you always have the contents under visual control and can easily check the colour, clarity and current amount of product. The disc top cap allows for comfortable, more precise and controlled dosing without unnecessary spillage, which you will appreciate with both thicker and thinner formulations.
The packaging is designed to be reliable when filled with various liquids – from liquid soaps, shampoos and shower gels to serums or lighter oil blends. The smooth walls of the bottle are ideal for additional labelling and branding, so you can easily integrate the packaging into your own product line. Thanks to the well-crafted cap, the contents are protected against unwanted leakage during normal handling and storage.
This plastic bottle with disc top cap is ready for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check the sealing, the behaviour of the cap during dosing and the stability of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, presence of essential oils, etc.).

The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or plant ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the inner surface is completely dry do we recommend filling the bottle again.
First rinse the residues of the original product with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, and rinse well with clean water. Then spray or rinse the inside and the cap with a disinfectant alcohol solution, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let the packaging dry naturally at room temperature so that all alcohol residues evaporate, and only then fill the container again.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying it you rinse it as well as possible from any remaining contents and place it in sorted waste collection according to the recycling marking given in the product parameters for the respective packaging on the Handymade.sk website. Place the bottle and the cap into the container corresponding to the appropriate plastic fraction so that the materials can be effectively recycled and reused. When handling, proceed according to local waste sorting rules and the recommendations of your collection yard or municipality.
The plastic material from which the bottle is made is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures. In contact with very hot water or when heated, unwanted deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the tightness of the cap may occur. For these reasons, we do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher or boiling it. For cleaning, rather use lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol as needed.

In the filter you can clearly set parameters such as the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the container, colour and material. In this way, you can easily narrow down the offer only to the packaging that suits your product and you can compare them with each other according to further details in the product parameters.
