The plastic bottle with white spray pump is a practical and reliable packaging solution designed for convenient dispensing of liquids as a fine mist. Thanks to its transparent design, you always have a visual overview of the contents, which makes it easier to monitor usage and to visually present the product.
The packaging is suitable for liquid cosmetic products, hygiene solutions and auxiliary solutions for home and workshop use, wherever an even spray distribution is required. The material and construction of the bottle are adapted for repeated use, provided that proper hygiene principles are observed and the bottle is handled with care.
Notice regarding PET material: packaging made of PET plastic should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating may lead to deformation of the bottle and deterioration of the spray pump functionality. The packaging is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and spray pump, which is prepared on Handymade as a ready-made solution. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check the sealing, the dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, essential oils, etc.).

If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend properly recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. Follow local waste-sorting rules and place the packaging in the appropriate container intended for plastic packaging. Before recycling, remove any product residues and, where possible, separate the individual parts (bottle, spray pump) in order to make sorting more efficient.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, both the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely to prevent dilution or alteration of the new fill.
We do not recommend exposing the PET bottle to high temperatures – do not place it in a dishwasher, do not boil it and do not leave it close to strong heat sources or in direct sunlight behind glass. Excessive heating poses a risk of deformation of the bottle walls and deterioration of the sealing or functionality of the spray pump. For regular cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol, avoiding mechanically aggressive scrubbing that could damage the thread or the spray head.
The spray pump is most suitable for low-viscosity to moderately thin liquids where fine and even misting is required. These include, for example, facial toners, floral waters, hair sprays, air fresheners or light cleaning solutions. Thick gels, emulsions with a high oil content or products with a significant amount of undissolved particles may clog the spray pump or change the spray pattern. Before starting serial production, we always recommend testing the specific formula in a smaller quantity.
Before recycling, empty the packaging and remove any remaining product. Then we recommend separating the bottle from the spray pump so that sorting by the materials used can be more efficient. Follow the material information stated in the parameter table for the product and the local waste-sorting rules. The plastic bottle itself is usually placed in the container for plastic packaging. The spray head may be composed of several types of plastics and springs, so recycle it according to local options or hand it over at a collection yard if the infrastructure in your region allows this.
