Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling and preservation of the integrity of the mechanism. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – you will find them in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling them with a new product.

First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing it repeatedly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. For the sprayer, it is advisable to pump a small amount of clean water through the mechanism in order to flush the internal capillary. After mechanical cleaning, apply a disinfectant (for example the products available on the site such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %) and allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. Before refilling, make sure that no residues of the previous formulation remain in the packaging so that no unwanted interaction with the new contents occurs.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, to place it into sorted waste according to the material indicated in the product parameters. The bottle and sprayer are composed of plastic components, therefore it is appropriate to separate the individual parts as much as possible (for example the container, the sprayer head and any tube) and place them into the relevant container intended for plastic, in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. The trigger sprayer is particularly suitable for liquid, low-viscosity formulations without larger particles or sedimenting components. Its ideal use is with facial and body waters, hydrolats, refreshing sprays, hair tonics, and home and textile sprays. With thicker emulsions, gels or preparations containing solid particles, the mechanism may become clogged. Before final filling we recommend testing the dosing with a small amount of preparation to verify the smooth operation of the sprayer.
