Plastic bottle with a transparent body and a disc-top cap with a gold effect and white center represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for a wide range of liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to its construction, it allows comfortable dispensing of the contents, while the transparent bottle walls make it easier to visually check the colour, clarity and approximate amount of product. This type of packaging is especially popular for the production of less foaming preparations that require controlled but quick dosing without the need to unscrew the closure.
The packaging is designed to be stable during normal use in the bathroom, kitchen or professional facilities. It can be used for home-made and artisanal products where not only functionality but also the aesthetic impression of the packaging is important. In combination with a suitable label and brand design, the bottle looks professional and representative.
This bottle belongs to the range of standalone packs that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected neck parameters. Depending on the specific application, it can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators for precise product application.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing behaviour and stability of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oils, alcohols or surface-active agents).

The bottle can be reused provided that you follow basic hygiene rules and take into account the nature of the formulation being filled. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, available in the Handymade range (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol, etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After cleaning, we recommend allowing the packaging to dry completely and checking the integrity of the closure and the thread.
The recycling method depends on the material indicated in the parameter table on the product page on the Handymade website. Before disposal we recommend emptying the packaging and removing product residues as much as possible. Then follow the material symbol – plastic parts normally belong in the appropriate container for plastic, or according to local waste-sorting rules. If the bottle is combined with another type of closure or any metal component, it is advisable to separate the individual parts (for example separating the cap from the bottle body) to facilitate their assignment to the correct recycling stream. Always check the specific recycling symbol and the recommended sorting in the product parameters.
The disc-top cap is ideal for liquids and gels that are dispensed in small to medium amounts without the need to completely remove the closure. It is perfectly suited for facial cleansing gels, micellar waters, body lotions with lower viscosity, hair tonics, oil and emulsion blends and gentle hand cleansers. Thanks to the mechanism of pressing the top part of the cap, dosing is quick and comfortable, which you will appreciate in everyday use as well as in a professional environment.

In the advanced filter you can adapt the results according to several criteria – specifically according to the type of neck, the required size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way you quickly narrow down the selection to packs that are suitable for the consistency of your product, the dosing method and the visual style of your brand. For each pack we also recommend reading the detailed description and parameters, which indicate whether it is suitable for your specific purpose.
If the product parameters state that the bottle is made of PET material, it is important to respect the properties of this plastic. PET should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating may lead to undesirable deformation of the packaging or deterioration of its appearance. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water, mild cleaning agents and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution. This procedure helps to maintain the shape stability of the bottle and extend its usability.
