The transparent round plastic bottle with transparent cap represents a practical and versatile packaging suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and household products where transparency and control of the contents are important. Thanks to the transparent bottle body and closure, it allows visual control of the colour, clarity and quantity of the product, which is ideal for liquid and gel formulations as well as fine powders.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents during storage and transport, while the smooth surface of the bottle makes labelling and branding easier. The transparent plastic bottle is suitable for small and medium product batches, testers and final products that you need to present in a clean, professional and well-organised way.
The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of reliable functionality for your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When working with the plastic packaging, it is advisable to follow the recommended storage and use conditions given in the documentation, in order to maintain its functionality, shape stability and safety in contact with the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its responsible disposal through separate collection according to the material type given in the product parameters and the local recycling rules. In this way you support efficient use of resources and minimise environmental burden.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with correct handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the life of your products as well as of the packaging itself.
Clean the plastic packaging with a mild cleaning agent and lukewarm water, then rinse it thoroughly and let it dry completely. After that we recommend disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. The plastic material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it. With excessive heating, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of its sealing properties, which may affect the stability and safety of the stored product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it, removing any product residues and rinsing the packaging. Then proceed according to the material type stated in the product parameters and follow the local rules of separate waste collection. In most cases, plastic packaging is sorted into the container intended for plastics, which enables its subsequent recycling and reprocessing. It is always advisable to separate the bottle and the closure if they are made of different materials, in order to make sorting more efficient.
