The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and reliable solution for packaging modern liquid cosmetic preparations, cleansing gels or hygiene products. The transparent body of the container allows good visual control of the contents, while the functional dispenser ensures comfortable, controlled and hygienic application during everyday use.
Thanks to the stable plastic material, this bottle is suitable for various liquid and gel formulations that require precise dosing and protection against contamination. The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, in salons and in home cosmetic production, while at the same time allowing easy labelling and branding as needed.
This product represents a combination of bottle and functional dispenser, which is designed as a ready-made solution prepared for filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % plant-denatured ethanol. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before first use, it is advisable to press the dispenser several times until the system is filled with product and a stable stroke is created. For long-term trouble-free operation, we recommend filling the bottle with products of suitable viscosity, not overloading the pump with mixtures that are too thick, and not leaving residues of dried product in the outlet area. When changing the filling, it is advisable to rinse and disinfect the dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, removing product residues and sorting it according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product. The bottle body and the dispenser may be made of different plastics, so it is advisable to separate them and place them in the appropriate containers for sorted waste in accordance with local recycling rules. In this way, you support efficient processing of the material in the recycling process.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the filter you can easily select neck type, size, colour and material, thereby narrowing the offer only to packaging that corresponds to your intention. In this way you can quickly find a bottle, jar or pot that best suits the type of product and the required dosing.
Before first filling the packaging, we recommend removing all protective foils, checking the visual condition of the bottle and the dispenser, and cleaning them from any dust contamination. Then it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % plant-denatured. After complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying of the inner space, the packaging is ready for safe filling.
The suitability of the packaging for a specific composition depends on the type of raw material used and its compatibility with the plastic material of the bottle and the dispenser. For formulations with a higher proportion of alcohols, essential oils or active substances, we recommend performing your own compatibility test in which you verify the behaviour of the packaging even after a longer storage period. Monitor in particular any changes in shape, colouring or sealing and, according to the result, adapt the choice of packaging or the product formulation.
