The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical and professional solution for packaging cosmetic products and other liquid formulations where gentle and even application is required. The transparent container allows visual control of the contents, while the sprayer with an elegant golden ring gives the final product an attractive and representative appearance. The packaging is designed to reliably withstand everyday use and to ensure comfortable dispensing without unnecessary product waste.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). When the product type or the composition changes, always verify the behaviour of the packaging under real conditions of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend its responsible recycling according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Assigning it to the appropriate separate waste stream contributes to efficient recovery of raw materials and reduces environmental burden.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After the disinfectant has dried completely, you can safely refill the packaging with the selected product.
First, remove any residues of the original product and rinse the bottle with suitable clean water or a mild cleaning solution compatible with the material used. Then apply a disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based denatured ethanol, and leave it to act until it has completely evaporated. When cleaning the sprayer, we recommend spraying through clean water several times and then the disinfectant solution, so that all parts of the dosing mechanism are flushed.
Before recycling, empty the bottle as much as possible and remove any remaining contents. Then separate the packaging according to the materials used (bottle body, sprayer, and any decorative elements) and place each part in the appropriate separate waste stream, in accordance with the recommendation given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. By following these rules, you support efficient recycling processes and a more environmentally friendly approach.
The sprayer is ideal for low- to medium-viscosity liquids for which fine atomization is required – typically facial and floral waters, refreshing sprays, light hair products, aromatherapeutic and interior sprays or disinfectant solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, we always recommend performing a dosing test to verify whether the mist produced and the nozzle flow correspond to the desired method of application.

Using the filter, you can specifically choose the required parameters, such as neck type and diameter, packaging size, colour or specific material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the offer to those packages that will best match your product and the intended method of dosing.
