The transparent plastic bottle with white trigger sprayer is a practical packaging designed for dispensing liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the transparent material, you have a good overview of the filled volume and the appearance of the contents, which is ideal when filling cosmetic, cleaning and hobby formulations. The integrated trigger sprayer ensures comfortable, even atomization without the hands coming into contact with the contents and helps maintain the stability and hygiene of the packaged product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed; however, we recommend regarding it mainly as packaging for a specific type of formulation. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, vegetable. When changing the type of product (for example from cosmetics to a cleaning agent), we recommend rather recycling the packaging and using a new one to prevent undesirable mixing of residues of the original formulation.
First, mechanically rinse the packaging with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then we recommend using an alcohol-based disinfection – shake a small amount of alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, vegetable) inside the bottle and let it pass through the sprayer so that the internal tube and mechanism are also cleaned. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature in a clean environment. Do not use high temperatures, boiling or a dishwasher to avoid damaging the plastic or the sprayer seals.
The plastic bottle and the trigger sprayer are not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for sterilization by boiling. High temperatures and aggressive washing cycles can lead to deformation of the packaging, weakening of the walls or damage to the sealing elements in the sprayer. We recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent followed by treatment with alcohol-based disinfection. This procedure helps preserve the functionality of the trigger mechanism and the appearance of the bottle without the risk of material degradation.
If you decide not to recycle the packaging within your own production and not to use it repeatedly after use, we recommend placing it in separate collection according to the material stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for collection, empty the bottle, rinse it if necessary to remove product residues, and separate the individual parts (bottle body and sprayer) if they are made of different materials. Then put each material into the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local rules – this will support effective recycling and reduction of waste volume.
