The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid preparations where gentle and even distribution over the surface of the skin, hair or around the home is required. Thanks to the transparent body, you always have an overview of the current amount of product, and the white trigger sprayer ensures comfortable, repeatable application without unnecessary waste of the contents.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal handling, transport and storage in households, salons or smaller production workshops. The ergonomic shape of the bottle, together with the trigger sprayer, supports professional dosing and reduces the risk of accidental leakage of liquid when used correctly.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle with a trigger sprayer, with the combination having been selected and tested directly within the Handymade.sk assortment. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the bottle and sprayer will function reliably with your particular recipe.

Yes, the packaging can be reused when handled correctly. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the sprayer to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfecting the surface of the packaging as well as the internal parts, you can use alcohol-based products, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in the recommended concentrations. For this purpose, disinfectant raw materials such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are suitable. After cleaning and disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for liquids with low to medium viscosity that require even spraying. Typically, these include face and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, light cleaning solutions, air fresheners and textile sprays. For thicker emulsions or gels, the functionality of the sprayer may be reduced; therefore we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing before the final market launch of the product or its regular use.
For long-term functionality, it is important not to expose the bottle or the sprayer to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for a long time. After emptying the packaging, rinse out the contents thoroughly, remove product residues and then carry out cleaning and disinfection. For sensitive formulations, it is recommended to regularly check the smoothness of spraying and, if necessary, clean the dip tube and the sprayer nozzle. In the case of mechanical damage or wear of the trigger mechanism, it is advisable to replace the sprayer in order to maintain the safety and hygiene of dosing.
If you decide not to use the bottle and trigger sprayer any further, we recommend disposing of them responsibly according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before handing them over for separate collection, empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any remaining contents. Then place it in the container intended for the relevant type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. If the sprayer has a different composition from the bottle body, it is advisable to separate them and recycle them according to the predominant material. By recycling, you help to reduce the amount of waste and support the efficient use of raw materials.
