The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is a practical packaging solution designed for convenient dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you can always keep the fill level under control, which is ideal when producing and using cosmetics as well as cleaning or technical solutions. The combination of a transparent body and a functional spray dispenser creates a universal container that is suitable for everyday home use as well as semi-professional applications.
The packaging is designed to ensure safe storage and comfortable application of various liquid formulations. The spray dispenser allows even application onto the skin, onto a surface or into the air, which you will appreciate when using toners, facial lotions, hair mists or aromatic sprays. The durable plastic material is lightweight, practical for transport and also suitable for cosmetic or gift sets.
This bottle with spray dispenser is supplied as a functional complete set of packaging + dispensing mechanism, and the combination has been practically tested on Handymade from the point of view of sealing and dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher proportion of alcohol, essential oils or active substances.

Before choosing the contents, we recommend checking the material composition of the packaging in the parameter table and adapting the composition of your formulation accordingly. If you decide not to further recycle the packaging by repeated use in the household or in production, it is advisable to hand it over for separated collection according to the recommended recycling type specified for the product in the parameters section.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly under normal conditions of use, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules and check its condition (mechanical damage, wear of the thread or of the spray dispenser). Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly washed, cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using alcohol-based products, for example IPA – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After thorough rinsing and drying, you can safely refill the packaging with a suitable formulation.
For cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water. It is advisable to “spray through” the spray dispenser several times with clean water or with a solution containing alcohol in order to remove residues of the previous fill. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or high temperatures, which could affect the elasticity and tightness of the plastic components. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry well at room temperature.
Use with alcohol or essential oils is possible, but it is always necessary to perform your own compatibility test. We recommend first filling a smaller amount of the preparation and observing for several days the behaviour of the plastic as well as the functionality of the spray dispenser (colour changes, softening, leakage at the thread, impaired spraying). With a higher proportion of alcohol or highly concentrated essential oils, long-term contact may affect the service life of the packaging, so it is appropriate to adapt the storage method as well – protect the bottle from direct sunlight, heat and mechanical stress.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it, rinsing it and then sorting it according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. The bottle body and the spray dispenser are usually plastic components which, depending on the specific material designation, are placed in the appropriate container for separated waste. For combined packaging (several kinds of plastic, flexible tubes, springs), it may be necessary to separate the individual parts, or to follow the recommendation of the local collection system. By recycling, you reduce the amount of waste and extend the life cycle of the materials used.
The most effective way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category (for example plastic bottles, glass pharmaceutical vials or jars), you will find at the top of the page an option to filter according to several parameters. You can select the neck type, size, colour and packaging material, which allows you to quickly narrow down the range to products that are suitable for your specific formulation and intended method of use. By combining several filters, you will find the optimal bottle, container or jar for your project.
