Black plastic airless bottle is a modern packaging intended for dispensing sensitive cosmetic formulations that require limited contact with air and minimised contamination. Thanks to the airless system, it is suitable for filling creams, emulsions, serums and lighter gels that need stable and controlled dosing without back-contamination of the contents.

The airless mechanism ensures that the contents of the bottle do not come into direct contact with the external environment during use, which supports higher hygiene in use, longer stability of formulations and a reduced need for preservatives. FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is the airless bottle also suitable for very thick or, on the contrary, very thin formulations?

The airless bottle is optimal for standard creams, emulsions, serums and lighter gels. For very thick balms or exceptionally thin, liquid preparations we recommend performing a trial filling and testing the operation of the pump as well as the complete emptying of the packaging. We recommend carrying out the test with a smaller amount of product in order to verify smooth dosing without skipping or clogging of the system.

How should I correctly clean and reuse the airless bottle?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be disassembled as much as possible, mechanically cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. In practice, the use of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol has proven effective, which you can also find in our range – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill them with the final product.

How should I correctly fill the airless bottle so that the system works flawlessly?

Before filling, we recommend cleaning and disinfecting the packaging, then filling it gradually, without trapping air bubbles in the mass. Fill the bottle with a stable, homogeneous formulation, avoid filling through the pump thread, and keep the recommended headspace below the rim of the container. After closing with the pump, it is advisable to “prime” the system several times in order to activate the piston and create a continuous column of product without air gaps, which will ensure smooth dosing.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle the airless packaging if I do not want to reuse it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible of any product residues. It is then advisable to dismantle the packaging into its individual material parts according to the information in the product parameters (type of plastic and corresponding recycling mark). Then sort the individual components into the appropriate separated waste according to local collection rules. In this way, you will support responsible material recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
