The glass bottle with a glossy surface and elegant dispensing is intended primarily for professional and home packaging of cosmetic preparations, serums and concentrated liquids, where precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the optimized dispenser, it is suitable for packaging liquid and slightly viscous formulations and helps maintain their stability during use.

This glass bottle with dispenser forms a well-thought-out combination of packaging and closure, designed for reliable and comfortable dosing of liquid cosmetic preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, acidity or presence of alcohol).

When designing your product, we recommend checking this information so that you can match the type of packaging with the character of the formulation, the method of use and the planned storage conditions.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
The bottle is ideal for packaging concentrated facial serums, oil elixirs, special treatment courses and products that are applied in small amounts but regularly. Thanks to the dosing system, it is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where a precise and repeatable dose with each use is important.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing as thoroughly as possible with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the type of contamination (for example a degreaser in the case of oils). Then rinse the bottle with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. In the next step, carry out disinfection – fill part of the bottle volume with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %), shake, allow it to act and then leave the packaging to air dry upside down on a clean surface. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for new filling.
Always store the bottle well closed, in a dry environment and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Although the glass material helps protect the contents, the stability of the product is also significantly affected by temperature and repeated opening. For sensitive active substances, it is advisable to keep stocks rather in smaller quantities and replenish them as needed in order to minimise the time during which the product is exposed to air.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend removing any product residues before disposal. In most cases, the glass body of the bottle can be handed over to sorted glass collection according to local regulations. The dispensing part and any plastic or metal components should, where possible, be separated and placed in the appropriate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters and on the packaging marking. Always follow local recommendations for waste sorting so that recycling is as effective as possible.
