The plastic pill jar with induction liner is a practical packaging component designed for the safe packaging and storage of solid or free-flowing products. Reliable closure by means of a screw cap and induction liner helps protect the contents from moisture, dust and unwanted contamination. Thanks to this, this jar is suitable for packaging food supplements, capsules, powder blends, cosmetic raw materials or laboratory samples, where long-term stability and hygienic handling are important.
This product represents a complete combination of jar and closure with induction liner, prepared for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar is designed to provide a stable and hygienic environment for pills, capsules and similar solid forms. Closure by means of a screw cap in combination with the induction liner helps to limit the access of moisture and contaminants, which is important in the case of longer storage. However, it is always recommended to monitor the storage conditions stated for the specific product (temperature, humidity) and not to overload the packaging or expose it to extreme conditions.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are followed and the suitability of the material for the specific type of filling is respected. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the jar and the cap thoroughly and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and transfer of residues of the original product into the new contents.
The induction liner is intended to create a firm, tamper-evident seal between the neck of the jar and the cap. The specific activation procedure depends on the type of production line and the induction equipment used, therefore it is advisable to follow the recommendations of the technology manufacturer. In practice, the filled jar is closed with the cap with liner and then briefly heated through the induction equipment, whereby the liner adapts and adheres to the neck of the packaging. Before full-scale production, we recommend carrying out a trial batch and verifying the quality of the seal under normal handling.
The method of recycling depends on the material indicated in the product parameters and on the relevant recycling symbol on the packaging. After emptying the jar, we recommend removing any remaining contents, possibly rinsing the packaging with water in a basic way, and then sorting it into the container intended for the given type of plastic in accordance with local waste sorting rules. If the container and cap are made of different materials, it is advisable to separate them and recycle them separately. Recycling is a suitable alternative when you do not choose to reuse the packaging repeatedly in a hygienically safe way.
When choosing a suitable bottle, pill bottle or jar, we recommend using the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the specific packaging category. In the extended filter you can easily combine parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the range to packaging that corresponds to your formulation, method of dosing and visual requirements for the final product.
